Compare those kids!
HALLOWEEN!!!
Darth Gibson! The force is strong with this one.
My baby Snoopy! All the boys wore this costume.
Garrison and I getting ready to go!
My sweet little lion! He wanted NOTHING to do with his costume. We got the pants on him after a bit of a struggle, but the top took until we got to Aunt Wanda’s and Uncle Steve’s house where we told him before he got out of the car he had to put his “coat” on aka the top part of the costume. He was still not amused with us. We never did get him to put the hood part up, but I am fine with that because at least we got the costume on him!
Heh. Trying to get a picture of all 3 of these kids looking at the camera was almost as hard as getting Grady in his costume.
Nothing though, that a lollypop from AW & US that couldn’t fix all that was wrong!
TRICK OR TREATING!!!!
Garrison was nice and cozy in his sling!
We went down to the Mill Creek Town Center, they do a trick or treat event at the stores and then they do a trunk or treat at City Hall. We skipped the trunk or treat this year because the line was waaaaaaaay toooo long and we didn’t want to have to deal with the crowds. The kids got plenty of trick or treating in via the stores anyway, plus we took them on our street, so they were just fine!
There are lights at the town center and Gibson put his basket over it and said “look Mom, it lights up like a jack-o-lantern, take my picture”
Oh Grady. The kid is a candy FREAK. Totally. He kept bringing me one piece of candy after the other…and he will eat anything. Sweet, sour, chocolate, any of it!
Notice Daddy has wipes in the background to clean him up…he was a mess but he loved every minute of it and since Halloween only happens once a year, well, you know.
Gibson and his “haul”
Garrison’s only treat was his pacifier. Next year, buddy, next year!
I hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween!
Sniff, Sniff
First Hockey Game
Today was Gibson’s first hockey game. His team is the “Red Rockets” and he is #7. Holy cuteness, Batman. This has got to be the cutest thing I have ever seen. A bunch of 4 year old boys running around the court in all different directions trying to get ONE puck into a goal. Total chaos and LOADS of fun! Gibson scored 2 goals for HIS team about probably at least another THREE for the BLUE team, which is obviously the OTHER team. So, we need to work with him on which goal to get the puck into, but hey, at this point it is all fun, and they don’t really keep score. However, you should have seen the crowd of mommies and daddies that cheered when the red team actually got their puck in THEIR goal. It actually woke the baby up, who was sleeping as you will see in the pictures!

The Spectators
GAME TIME!!!
Gibson’s little buddy, Andrew, is on his team, here is Andrew in action. Go Andrew, go Andrew!
The snoozer. I am not quite sure how he slept through this, but he did.
Gibson had a “moment”. He had been throwing himself on the ground and one of the sticks connected with his head. He’ll learn. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but he did need a hug to get back on the court.
At one point, the coach had Gibson stand at the blue teams goal to block the shots because Gibson kept helping them make goals.
YAY, Gibson! Way to make that goal!
I can’t WAIT for next weeks game!
